Almost there

We are about to start the construction of the pocket/hand warmer today but we realized we were missing a piece. 

 

Today I asked my dad if we could work on it because all of this is his stuff I am using so he said yes. After that we set it all up and was seeing if we were missing anything and we were. 

I am not going to tell you what we are missing or any of the ingredients we are going to use until we have everything we need to complete this. Trust me, it will be doing it sometime soon.

Well I am not able to get ahold of  a weapon for my genus hour so I desided to keep the driving questin of "How can I expand my skills and knowledge" and try to make a pocket warmer. You know those things that you put in you pocket or your boots or gloves to warm them up. Yea, I think that you shouldn't waste your money on something that you can make for penneys.

I will be telling you what everything that it has and how you put it together to get it to work. I will also be telling you what evrything does and how it does that. If you have any questins about this topic, feel free to let me know.

I am so sorry about the genius hour swich. I just didn't have the right equipment to complet the project. So, I will be keeping the same driving questin, but the project is diffrent.

          This is my first day working on my genius hour. what I will be doing is dissembling and reassembling a rifle. I am not sure which rifle I will be doing but, when I find out, I will let you know. But, for this genius hour, I won't just be taking apart a gun, I will be looking at the history of this gun and looking at what this gun has been though.
       
          Today I will be talking to my dad about letting my borrow one of his guns. I want to use an SKS or an AR-15 or maybe even a shotgun. I have a bolt action 410 shotgun but it is not a huge challenge because I have taken this thing apart a million times, so I have that gun down to a science.

          If anyone has a suggestion on what gun I should do, please let me know. I  am open to ant type of gun. Pistol, rifle, shotgun, assault rifle, so pretty much anything. My driving question for my genius hour is how can I improve my knowledge of firearm.
